How Long Does A Hire Last?

We hire by the day not by the hour. If your party/event is 3 hours or 6 hours long that’s fine by us. We will arrange a pre agreed delivery and collection time prior to your event with the average hire lasting between 4 to 6 hours.

 

Do You Set Up The Equipment?

Yes we do. We will set up all of the equipment creating a safe and contained soft play environment. Please allow 45 minutes to an hour (subject to package size) before your party is due to start to set up and sanitise the equipment. We will also need approximately 45 minutes after the party has finished for the equipment to be packed away.

 

Is Your Equipment Clean?

Yes, absolutely. All of our equipment is cleaned and sanitised before and after every hire. This should destroy any germs picked up in transit.

 

Can Your Equipment Go Outside?

Our Bouncy Castle(s) are suitable for both indoor and outdoor hire, weather permitted. Our soft play hire equipment is only available for indoor hire either in a venue, your home or a party tent or gazebo where a suitable covered dry space is available to install the equipment. If however on the day the weather is good and is set to remain good all day we are happy to set up the equipment outside. We should stress that we do not accept bookings for outdoor hires where a covered dry space is not available as our equipment is not suitable for use in the rain and must not under any circumstances get wet. If the weather were to change or be forecast for rain on the day and there was nowhere to set up the equipment indoors we would have no alternative but to cancel the booking leading to disappointment all round.

 

How Do I Pay?

We prefer cash but can accept card payment on the day by prior agreement. With the withdrawal of the Cheque Guarantee Card we regret that we are no longer able to accept cheques.

 

Do You Have Public Liability Insurance?

Yes. We are covered by £5 million Public Liability Insurance by Peacock insurance. Can be produced on request.

 

How Much Room Do I Need To Allow?

This really depends on the package your looking to hire. We supply all of our packages with soft play mats. Each package will be supplied with enough mats to create the ideal soft play area however smaller areas can be accommodated if space is limited. Please notify us if space is a potential issue so we can discuss your individual requirements.

 

I Live Outside Your Delivery Area, Will You Deliver To Me?

As standard we cover West Sussex and Surrey however occasionally we deliver outside of this area. We will only deliver out of area for orders over £100 and delivery charges will apply. Please call us for more details and a quote.

 

Can I Collect The Equipment?

No. Our equipment is very bulky and will not fit into a standard family vehicle. We deliver all of our equipment and later collect from your home or venue.

 

What Time Will You Deliver and Collect The Equipment?

We aim to be as flexible as possible to accommodate personal preference and party times. We allocate specific slots on a first come first served and priority basis with indoor hires taking priority over those who can be a little more flexible. If you require a specific delivery or collection time please notify us at the time of booking.
